What file formats are the music loops ?
The music loops are in *.WAV (for Windows) and *.AIFF (for MacOS/OSX) file format. The sounds are in 16bits/48kHz, for better compatibility, "e.g. DVD Studio Pro" You can download a loop from the 'Free Sounds' section to test the sound quality.

Does my license include broadcasting?
No. Broadcast licenses are sold separately. For further information, ask for a quote at: support@elevator53.net, and tell us the purpose and the sound you wish to license.


Do I have to pay any extra fees if I purchase a Broadcast Licence for your loops? "e.g: BMI; SOCAN, etc."
No, after you asked for a quote at support@elevator53.net, and purchased your broadcast license and authorisation for the sound, there will be no extra fees after that.

I wish to buy an exclusive rights to a music loop, so no one is allow to use it !
You can purchase an exclusive license for any music loop in the library. The loop will be permanently removed from the library, however please be aware of other parties that may own an non-exclusive license for that particular music loop before you. Alternately, you can have ST11studios custom sound designed the music for your project and purchase a permanent license for it. Contact : hello@st11studios.com.

Am I allow to share the music loops that I bought with others?
No. Our music loops are copyrighted. You are not entitled to distribute or share them with others. You can use them solely for yourself. e.g: the person or entity that purchased the sound.

How do I download my music loop after purchase?
When you CheckOut and your transaction is completed, you have to click on the Return to the Site, and a download page will be sent to you right away. Therefore you can download your music loop either in *.WAV or *.AIFF files immediatly in a *.ZIP file. And, please do not forget to download the license for your files as well.

How do I get the license and how much it cost?
The price you pay for the audio material includes the multimedia license use. The license is sent to you for immediate download, the same way as your sounds. Therefore you will be asked to fill in your details to generate and download your license for the selected audio material. You will only be able to generate one license. Is the music loop refundable?
No. music loops are non refundable after download due to its copyright.

I can not hear your loops at all!
You should have a compatible sound card in your computer and make sure that you have the latest macromedia flash plug-in installed. If not, download now: flash plugin

I add an item to the basket, but nothing happened. What should I do?
You have to enable all cookies in your internet browser or firewall's privacy settings e.g: cookie control = OFF. If you think this is not safe, view our privacy statement. We do not use your data apart from the site to work.

After the transaction is done, I can't seem to download the sound.
After inserting your data via secure connection with "2Checkout" you will be redirected to a Download Area. If you have been billed but did not get redirected to the download area correctly, go to your shopping cart. If your downloads are not available there, contact us immediatly at: support@elevator53.net and we will make it available for you to download in a reserved area. Please make sure that you state your name and purchase id in the email. We will respond in less than 24 hours, depending on your location (GMT).

I downloaded the sounds, but I need help inserting the sounds on my projects!
We can not provide you assistance or support on inserting the sound files in every software. However if you using Macromedia Flash for your media, we can help! You can download the following packages.

• Tutorial : how to compress your sounds for the web and and basic flash examples to manage sound
• Flash Source : Example for controling basic functions like: "on/off" and volume level.

By purchasing music from this website, you are agreeing by the following set of rules and restrictions:

The audio may be used solely for non-exclusive, non profit making purpose of synchronizing itwith other media such as : multimedia, audio-visual or computer generated displays programs and presentations.

The sounds found on this site are copyright of: elevator53 and ST11.

Any attempt to reproduce, share or re-sell this music in any form will subject you to criminal prosecution.

Download of these sounds constitutes a limited license to use that sound in a non-broadcast context only. License for radio and television broadcasting are sold separately. The royalty-free loops or samples downloaded may be used in any non broadcast project, without any restrictions on usage. Once you purchased the sounds, you are allow to reuse them. There will be no extra fees charged when the sound purchased is being used to create a multimedia presentation that is duplicated on CD-Rom's or on a website.

However, the license for the sound are not transferable. The sounds that you purchased cannot be resold or given away.The sounds purchased may not be used for competitive products, i.e. sample CDs or music libraries or included in the following products without any written permission from elevator53.net: a product that enables the end-user to create his own soundtrack using our sounds, a template-based system that resells products including our sounds. If you want to use the sounds in a way other than a one-to-one/designer-client relationship, please contact us first.

Any lending, copying or redistribution for profit or competitive/similar product i.e. sound libraries or sample CDs is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright laws. If you "Licensee" breach any of these terms and conditions, Elevator53 shall have the right to immediately terminate the license agreement for the sound. Violators will be prosecuted.
